The iVirtualDoc pledge

At iVirtualDoc, we strive for affordability of healthcare. This is one of our 3 core values. To achieve this goal, we have several mechanisms we use, that are embedded in a series of assurances that are collectively stated in our affordability pledge:

We always charge less than physical urgent care centers and emergency departments for the same minor medical issues (80% to 98% less respectively)
We always offer a discounted amount to self-pay patients that is 50% to 80% less, compared to outpatient insurance reimbursement rates for the same level of service.
We always allow patients to use their insurance if they want to (except government insurances, that don’t allow out of network providers)
If a patient uses their insurance, we never bill more than the allowed amount by the patient’s insurance, for the given level of service
If an insurance company declines to pay, we always give the patient the self-pay equivalent discount
We never send patients or customers to collections
