These terms and conditions of service (“Terms of service”) govern your use of our website and the services available to users through the website (“Services”). Your compliance with these Terms of service is a condition to usage of our website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, promptly exit this Site. Kindly also consult our Privacy Policy for a description of our privacy practices and policies, including how we collect and handle your personal health information and financial information.

Refund policy

Once an appointment is booked, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can call request to reschedule for another time. To reschedule, please call us at 1-844-MY-PC-DOC (1-844-697-2362)

The following are also definitely not reasons for refunds:

Not willing to fill out the intake form
Not signing the consent form
Not willing to provide a copy of your government issued ID information
Not willing to provide your insurance information if booking an insured visit
Not willing to provide a copy your insurance card if booking an insured visit
Not showing up for your appointment
Forgetting about your appointment

Self-pay visits

If you opt for this type of visit, the upfront charge is $49.99. This is a discounted rate, deliberately kept low to keep our promise of affordability. No further consultation charges for the visit are levied.

Insured visits

if you opt for this type of visit, the upfront charge is only for the copay. $42.99 is held at the time of booking, while your final copay amount is determined by your insurance policy (which could be larger or lower in the end). The total final cost of your visit depends on the complexity of the visit and your insurance policy. We bill your insurance afterwards for the remaining balance of the total final cost (beyond the copay) for your visit.

If there’s a balance after the insurance pays their portion, OR if the insurance declines to pay (for instance due to you not meeting your deductible), we will automatically bill the card you used in booking the appointment for the remaining balance.

If no insurance information is provided, we bill the card provided for the full and total amount for an insured visit.
