Yes, we accept all forms of insurance except medicare, medicaid and their derivative products. 

However, you still have to pay your copay. And if you booked an "insured visit" but your insurance declines payment for any reason (out of network, deductible not yet reached etc), you would have to pay the declined balance. 

Fortunately, in support of the no surprise billing campaign, the balance can never be higher than what your insurance allows for in-network providers for the given service. That way, you do not pay more, even if we are outside your network.

Not a problem. You get treated as in network by us regardless.

Yes. In select cities on select days of the week, and with prior booked appointments. At this time, the vast majority of our visits are virtual, through video encounters. 

 Once an appointment is booked, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can call request to reschedule for another time. To reschedule, please call us at 1-844-MY-PC-DOC (1-844-697-2362)

The following are also definitely not reasons for refunds:

1. Not willing to fill out the intake form
2. Not signing the consent form
3. Not willing to provide a copy of your government issued ID information
4. Not willing to provide your insurance information if booking an insured visit
5. Not willing to provide a copy your insurance card if booking an insured visit
6. Not showing up for your appointment 
7. Forgetting about your appointment
